He appears to be a slightly short male human. He is bald and wears glasses, a fake nose and pink mustache, to disguise himself as a victim. He also wears a light gray shirt saying "NOT A KILLER" and wears dark gray pants.

Not much is known about his personality. However, he is the type of person who wants to watch the world burn, so he has a knife and likes using it to kill people.
