He appears to be a tall man with an average weight and a white skin tone. He is bald and can only be seen wearing a green shirt that has a light green collar and pale green sleeves . He also has dark blue jeans and shoes
Personality[]
He seems to be rather strict with rule's and gullible for believing everything that was being said, judging from Milly's lies/exaggerations. He is also seen to be unfair due to him giving punishment to Rebecca for doing the right thing and he would of giving the same punishment if it would have been from Milly's second offense and he is hard for people to change his mind even if he talks to adults.
Role in video[]
He gives Rebecca five demerits and Milly ten demerits for highly-differentiated offenses/defenses even through it was unfair for Rebecca. Due to Milly biting Rebecca Mama Parham goes to the office to talk to the Prinicipal for a whole hour yelling at him.
Relationships[]
He has a relatively bad relationship for Milly and Rebecca, in this incident at least and Milly's past incident in the same year . He also has a bad relationship with Mama Parham, who strictly stood up for Rebecca.
