Appearance[]
She seems to be a somewhat short girl. She has brown hair and green eyes, as referenced to one of the sketches of a colored version of her below. Her colors are determined from the sketches, and not the animatic itself. She wears a huge blue bowtie and golden glasses. She also wears brown overalls, a lightblue shirt with blue sleeves, a blue skirt and brown shoes. She is sometimes equipped with red and golden wings.

She loves to build stuff and fly away.
Role in video[]
In Inventure, Gladys attempts to make her first steam engine but fails to do so, as it blew up. She throws a piece of paper, and it flew away. However, she got a flight related idea. She read a book, wrote stuff, got a curtain, got some parts to combine them and made her own artificial wings. She tries flying with them but she failed and landed on a tree. Gladys then puts a rotor blade on the back of her artificial wings and does another attempt in flight. However, she failed again and ended up flying backwards into her house's chimney. She then puts a tail and still fails on her attempt, landing on a basket full of wool. However, she got an idea and made 3 balloons as an extra adjustment. She was able to fly, but uncontrollably. A bird accidentally popped one of the balloons and Gladys fell on a tree again. While she was making wool and look at yellow pieces of a map, she combined the map and got a great idea. She created a steam engine hot air balloon with wings, a rotor blade and a tail, which is basically a combination of all of her ideas. She puts her glasses on and successfully and stably flies away.
