Engel in real life.
Eric Paul Engel, referred to "E" in My Teacher Murdered Someone, was Rebecca's communications teacher who is the main antagonist in My Teacher Murdered Someone.
Biography
Eric Paul Engel was born sometime in 1971. His early life is currently unknown. However, he was known to be Rebecca's communications teacher, who taught in her college for 3 years. While he was teaching, he also made a lot of conflict with his students, including Rebecca.
He was a 43-year-old lecturer at the University of New Hampshire who was wanted in the shooting death of a man in North Carolina and committed suicide in Florida, authorities said. Eric Paul Engel of Durham, N.H., was wanted in the shooting death of Aleksander "Lenny" Wysocki, 74, on Friday morning in Cary, N.C., officials said. Engel, who had been employed as a lecturer in UNH's Department of Communication since the end of August, told a family member he shot Wysocki, officials said. The Marion County Sheriff's Office in Florida was told Engel was at Anglers Resort in Dunnellon on Friday night. A SWAT team surrounded the hotel and called Engel, asking him to surrender. Engel did not come out, and was found dead from a gunshot wound, deputies said. Wysocki was found in a yard at 215 Trent Woods Way around 8:45 a.m. He was taken to Duke University Medical Centre, where he was pronounced dead.[1]
Description
Appearance
He appeared to be a tall person with blue eyes wearing a tuxedo that is usually ripped, and with his brown hair being messed up, due to his extended stress and anger.
Personality
He was very stressed and angry, and was very strict with his students, including Rebecca, which is why they both created conflict between each other. He also had an inflated ego, and would constantly ask for feedback, but was also unable to accept criticism in any way, no matter how constructive the criticism was. Rebecca also compared listening to him explain an assignment to listening to Tom Cruise talking about Scientology.
Role in video
He is the main antagonist of the video My Teacher Murdered Someone, which mainly focuses on his many faults, including his poor teaching skills, his inability to communicate with students, and his poor demeanor in general. Moreover, the same video briefly talks about the fact he murdered someone.
Relationships
He has bad relationships with mostly anyone. This includes his students (including Rebecca), the cops and even the head teacher. Since he is usually stressed out and very angry, he barely has any good relationships with people.
Quotes
- "Let me know what I'm doing right or wrong, special emphasis on what I'm doing right."
- "Rebecca, I think I'm just gonna f*cking quit teaching."
Trivia
- Rebecca called him "E" in the video. In fact, little did she know, Markiplier coincidentally created a meme called "E", and this meme was commented often in the summer of 2018 in the comments section of this video.
- Rebecca dislikes this teacher more than Medusa, with Rebecca adding that Medusa's horrors were nothing in comparison to E.
- The title 'My Teacher Murdered Someone', actually happened, when Rebecca said, that after two years after she graduated, someone send her a news article, that E had been teaching communications at a different university, when he murdered someone in one state, later fled to another, and shot himself during a police standoff, which confirmed he is dead.
