He loves grabbing attention and would rather care about getting popular and getting attention than his own health.

He was on a cliff with a shallow sea/ocean below it. At first, he ironically said that if he jumped, he would break one or more of his vital organs. However, he said that he was kidding and decided to jump over the cliff for attention.
